Hi, Recently installed Windows 8 Pro and have had no problems, except my internet browsers. I am connected to the internet and can use some programs using it such as skype, but none of my browsers will work. (Internet explorer, Google chrome, Firefox.) In google chrome i get Error 138, and have researched that and found that it is apparently a problem with your antivirus blocking it, although I have gone into my Bullguard's firewall and allowed all browsers as permitted programs. I also allowed them all in the computers own control panel. I have also found that another answer to it is unchecking the proxy setting in internet options, although that makes no change. Any idea? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References www.eightforums.com/network-sharing/15779-internet-connection-but-browsers-do-not-work.htmlSales Explainer Video
